According to the authorities, Welch was last known to frequent the Farrell Drive area of the Town of Chenango. The Broome County Sheriff's Office urges residents to come forward with any information that may lead to her whereabouts.

Law enforcement officials have emphasized that all tips received will remain confidential, ensuring the privacy and security of those who choose to assist. Individuals who have any information on Kandi Welch's location are encouraged to contact the Broome County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
