Broome County Sheriffs Seeks Assistance in Locating Kandi Welch

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the community in locating Kandi K. Welch, who is currently wanted on an outstanding warrant. Welch, a white female, is wanted for the violation of probation for Petit Larceny.

According to the authorities, Welch was last known to frequent the Farrell Drive area of the Town of Chenango. The Broome County Sheriff's Office urges residents to come forward with any information that may lead to her whereabouts.
