A Johnson City man is facing five felony and four lesser counts following a search of an Ethel Street home Thursday, January 28.

46 year old Stefan Mills was arrested after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task force say they found 142 glassine envelopes of heroin, 43.8 grams of bulk heroin, six grams of methamphetamine, 10.5 grams of crack cocaine, a digital scale, packaging materials and $1,000.

Mills is charged with five felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two violations of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor charges of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
