Heroin, Marijuana Seized in Endicott Raid
An Endicott man faces drug charges after police found heroin and marijuana in his apartment.

Authorities say 38-year-old Carlos Cepeda of 22 Lincoln Avenue was arrested following the execution of a search warrant on Friday (March 11).
Cepeda was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the Broome County Special Investigations Unit task force, police confiscated 211 bags of heroin, a small amount of marijuana and $800 in cash.
Cepeda was arraigned in Endicott village court. He was sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
