Several schools in outlying districts that were not on flex or remote schedules were reporting two hour delays

With on and off snow over the weekend, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation was busy putting out advisories concerning road closures in Susquehanna, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties in the Northern Tier. Those crashes have all been cleared up but PennDOT said there would be a detour on State Route 29 in Susquehanna County North of Montrose due to low hanging electrical wires.

A detour starts at the traffic signal on the east side of Montrose where trucks will be directed onto State Route 167/706, continuing two miles on 706 before a turn onto State Route 11 and then onto State Route 1035.  The route winds onto Route 1033 into New York State onto Route 7A then turning back into Pennsylvania on Route 29.
