UPDATE: Two Injured in Head on Crash on Route 79 in Richford

Tioga County Sheriff's Deputies say two people are being treated for non-life threatening injuries following a head-on crash on Route 79 in the Town of Richford.

Deputies and medical crews were called to Route 79 and Michigan Hill Road at 7:58 a.m. September 18.

Authorities say an eastbound Hyundai collided with a sport utility vehicle and a pickup truck.

The crash closed a portion of Route 79 for about two hours.

The names of those involved and their conditions have not been made available.
