Endwell Traffic Slowed By Paving Project
Thousands of drivers are facing daily delays because of a milling and repaving project in the town of Union.
The work on Hooper Road in Endwell started Monday. It's expected to continue for about two more weeks.
The project will affect travel between Taft Avenue and Prospect Street.
Broome County officials are asking motorists to take other routes when that's possible.
The repaving is scheduled to be finished by June 27, weather permitting.
