Endwell Man Jailed After Fight in Front of Children

A 45-year-old man was charged with assault and criminal mischief following a physical dispute in Endwell.

Authorities say Patrick Williams of Briar Lane was taken into custody after a reported fight at a home near Homer Brink Elementary School.

According to state police, Williams was arrested late Sunday night.

Investigators say Williams had been involved in a fight with another man while in front of children.

Williams allegedly intentionally damaged property that he did not own.

In addition to assault and criminal mischief, Williams was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Williams was arraigned in Union town court and sent to Broome County Jail in lieu of bail.
