Endicott Residents Found With Stolen Vehicle in Horseheads
An Endicott couple is being held in Chemung County after a Horseheads Police officer conducted a routine property check at a motel in the village and a license plate reader hit on a stolen vehicle in the parking lot.
The car had been reported stolen from the City of Binghamton.
30-year-old Adam Crispell is charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and 34-year-old Mindyn Marmillion is charged with drug and marijuana possession and more charges are pending.
The Police officer said they found Marmillion in possession of drug paraphernalia, hypodermics and marijuana then found additional quantities of marijuana and heroin in her possession.
Marmillion is being held in the Chemung County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Crispell was sent to the Chemung County lock-up without bail.
