Endicott Man Sentenced for Sexually Abusing a Little Girl

An Endicott man will spend 20 years to life in prison for sexually abusing a 7 year old girl.

37 year old Joseph Lombardo was convicted of felony predatory sexual assault against a child in November and was sentenced February 6.

Prosecutors say it is hard for victims, especially children, to come forward but it is important that they do and know they will be believed if they report inappropriate contact.

Lombardo had been accused of having sexual contact with the child several times between July 2016 and January 2017 when she was six and seven years old.
