Endicott Man Accused of Sexual Assault in Fast Food Parking Lot

Endicott Police say a Village man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant on East Main Street.

50 year old John Dimariano was arrested September 27 and charged with felony sexual abuse.

Police say Dimariano is accused of approaching a 20 year old woman near her vehicle in the McDonalds parking lot on August 27th and forcibly subjecting her to sexual contact.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
