More layoffs have occurred this week at Endicott Interconnect Technologies, just days before the company marks its tenth anniversary.

People familiar with the company's operations have said dozens of people at the Huron campus site have lost their jobs in recent days.

Some have estimated the number of people affected by the latest round of layoffs at about sixty. Others have suggested more people were let go.

When the EIT human resources department was contacted Tuesday, WNBF News was told no one was "available for comment."

The company declined to issue a statement regarding the workforce reduction in recent days.

Annamaria Mastronardi, EIT director of human resources, could not be reached for comment Thursday afternoon.
