Children’s Home Hosts Ice Cream Social

The 61st Annual Ice Cream Social at the Children's Home on the Hillcrest Campus, 1182 Chenango Street in Binghamton, is set for Tuesday, August 13 from 5-8 p.m.  The cost per ticket is $3 and includes homemade cake and Huff Ice Cream.

In addition to cake and ice cream, other food and beverages will be available for purchase.  Any proceeds raised from the event will go to benefit the activities and operation of the Children's Home.

According to information from the Children's Home there will be plenty of activities going on throughout the event.  FMK Karate will hold a karate demonstration, there will be face painting, pony rides and music performed by the Maine Community Band. Parking is free.
