BU Graduates Celebrate

Graduation weekend wrapped up Sunday afternoon with ceremonies held at Binghamton University's Events Center.  Over 3,500 students received undergraduate and graduate degrees.  Ceremonies began on Friday.  Thousands of visitors to the campus attended the various ceremonies.

Binghamton University President Dr. Harvey Stenger handed out degrees to those graduating students. Graduates posed in cap and gown for photos with family and friends.

Along with big crowds on campus parts of the Vestal Parkway was much busier than usual.  No major traffic issues were reported.  Restaurants on and around the Parkway reported brisk business as well as eating establishments and hotels around downtown Binghamton.
