Two Broome County Residents Involved in Cortlandville Crash
Two Broome County residents remain hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash January 19 in Cortland County.
Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say 19 year old Adam Cox of Vestal apparently lost control of the car he was driving on a slippery Bennie Road in Cortlandville at 6:05 p.m. and crashed into an on-coming car driven by 66 year old Dennis Welch of Virgil.
Cox suffered non-life-threatening injuries but his passenger, 25 year old Kimberly Bosket of Endicott is said to be in critical condition at University Hospital in Syracuse with head injuries.
Welch suffered a minor injury and was not transported to a hospital.
The investigation is continuing.
