Authorities say 25-year-old Raymond Coyle was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. He also was cited for speeding.

Troopers arrested Coyle around 3 a.m. on Saturday after he was pulled over on Route 12.

Police say the vehicle Coyle was driving was traveling 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. Authorities say troopers determined Coyle had been driving with a suspended license. The suspension was a felony because he had a prior conviction for driving while ability impaired within the last ten years.

Coyle was arraigned and remanded to Broome County Jail without bail.
