Authorities say Mark Twining of Glen Aubrey was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.

According to state police, Twining was arrested in connection with an incident that was said to have occurred on June 16.

Investigators say Twining is accused of harassing the woman. They say the charge is a felony because he had prior convictions for criminal contempt in the last five years.

Twining was arraigned in Nanticoke town court and remanded to Broome County Jail with no bail set.
