A Tioga County man faces several felony counts in connection with an Endwell shooting incident.

According to New York State Police, 23-year-old Bradley Keith Scymanski III of Newark Valley was arrested shortly after Wednesday afternoon's road rage dispute.

It happened around 2:15 p.m. on East Main Street - State Route 17C - near Lupo's Char Pit.

Investigators said the drivers of a GMC Yukon and a Ford EcoSport were involved in the dispute. The operator of the EcoSport fired a gun at the Yukon. No injuries were reported.

Scymanski has been charged with attempted assault and reckless endangerment. He also was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.

Police said investigators eventually found the suspect and took him into custody. They did not say where he was located.

Scymanski was processed at the Endwell state police station before he was arraigned. He then was sent to Broome County Jail.

According to a news release, a full order of protection was issued on behalf of the other driver, along with a temporary extreme risk protection order.
