These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration

This week's report from the Broome County Sheriff's office noted that Tod Archibald from Starlight, Pennsylvania, was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a pursuit in the City of Binghamton, the Town of Kirkwood and Town of Windsor.

Criminal Possession

Ryan Dirig from Long Eddy, New York was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the 3rd Degree, Attempted Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Driving, and 16 other traffic violations following a pursuit in the City of Binghamton, Town of Kirkwood and Town of Windsor.

Following a warrant execution in the Town of Windsor, J. Markoff of Kirkwood was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree

Criminal Contempt

Holly Cox of Harpursville, was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Criminal Contempt, Aggravated Family Offense, and Child Endangerment following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Colesville.

Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Barker, Joshua Shurtleff of Caste Creek was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree.

Petit Larceny

Marlon Walter from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

After a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango, Jason Traver of the Town of Chenango was charged with Petit Larceny.

Elijah Marks from Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton, Joseph Stark from Harpursville  was charged with Petit Larceny.

Burglary

The Broome County Sheriff's Office reported that Scott  Evanchof of Windsor was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree following a burglary investigation in the Town of Chenango.

John Dubrava from Chenango Forks was charged with three counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, and three counts of Petit Larceny following larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango.

Criminal Mischief

After an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lisle, Haiden Gates of Marathon was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, four counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Harassment

Birdie Scott of Barton was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lisle.

Child Endangerment

After a Broome County Sheriff's Department investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Maine, Willis Truitt from Vestal was charged with Child Endangerment, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Forgery

Hector Rosario, Jr., of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Forgery in the 1st Degree, Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 1st Degree, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, and a Scheme to Defraud in the 1st Degree, following a fraud investigation in the Town of Union.
