The Broome County Sheriff's Department released this charges and arrest report on August 20, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Child Endangerment
64-year old William Vandermark from Harpursville was charged with four counts of Child Endangerment, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Colesville. He was also charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following a separate investigation into trespassing in the Town of Colesville.
Grand Larceny
Dominic Kasmarcik of Binghamton was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
Criminal Possession
Following an investigation into a stolen motorcycle in the Town of Windsor, 29-year-old Jordan Hawk from Windsor was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony,
Richard Rockwell of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
20-year-old Holly Cox from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Colesville.
Rodney Randall of Conklin was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Conklin.
Petit Larceny
Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Kirkwood, 49-year-old Renee Dufford from Chenango Forks was charged with Petit Larceny.
Multiple Traffic Violations
Bianca Petruzzella of Port Crane, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Dickinson.
