September 22, 21-year-old Sean Gillespie was arrested on 54 counts: one felony count of grand larceny and 18 misdemeanor counts EACH of criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property and offering a false instrument for filing.

Gillespie is accused of stealing nearly $4,000 as a result of allegedly presenting the stolen and forged checks to the bank.

He was released on his own recognizance pending appearance in Town of Delhi Court at a later date.
