
Binghamton’s Patrick Mazeika Named Eastern League All-Star
Binghamton Rumble Pony Patrick Mazeika has been named to the 2019 Eastern League Season Ending All-Star Team. Mazeika, who has played both first base and catcher for the Rumble Ponies, is having quite a season and earned his spot at the catching position.
In 105 games with Binghamton this season Mazeika is hitting .253 with 24 doubles, 15 home runs, 64 RBI's and 47 runs scored.
According to statistics provided from the Eastern League and the Rumble Ponies Mazeika leads all Binghamton batters in hits with 96, total bases with 167, doubles, home runs and RBI's. The All-Star Team is selected in voting by Eastern League managers and media personnel.
Mazeika was selected as a member of the Eastern Division roster for the 2019 Eastern League All-Star Game played in Richmond in July. He was also named the Eastern League Player of the Week for May 13 - 19.
Mazeika is the only Rumble Pony to make the Season-Ending All-Star Team. Other selections include:

Right-Handed Starting Pitcher: Matt Manning, Erie
Left-Handed Starting Pitcher: Zac Lowther, Bowie
Relief Pitcher: Aaron Barrett, Harrisburg
