The Binghamton Senators travel to Wilkes-Barre tonight to meet the Penguins in the third game of their Calder Cup playoff series.  The series is deadlocked at 1-1 after each team earned overtime victories in weekend games at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.

Stephane Da Costa was the main man for the B-Sens in their win on Saturday night.  He scored two goals including the game-winner as the B-Sens evened the series with a 4-3 victory.

Saturday's overtime win was the first career playoff victory for Binghamton's rookie goaltender Andrew Hammond.  The two teams have battled about as evenly as possible during the past two seasons.  Last year the Penguins knocked Binghamton out of the post-season with three one-goal decisions.  This year the B-Sens clinched first place on the next to the last day of the regular season with a one-goal win over the Pens.  The last five playoff games between the two teams have been decided by a single point.

If either team wins the next two games then the five-game series will be over.  Should each team win one game the deciding game five will be played in Binghamton next Monday, May 5th at 7:05 PM.
