B-Mets In Akron

The Binghamton Mets hope to find some offense this afternoon when they meet the Akron RubberDucks in Akron.  June 27 Binghamton could muster only three hits including two from Brock Peterson as they suffered a 3-0 loss.

Luis Cessa carries a 6-4 slate into the game.  He starts the day with an ERA of 2.82.  This is his third start against Akron this season.  He has a pair of wins against the RubberDucks so far.  Countering for Akron is Will Roberts who is 6-2 with a 3.77 ERA.  He is 0-1 versus the B-Mets this season.

Binghamton looks to snap a four-game losing streak.  The series continues June 29 with a 7:05 p.m. start.  Air is set for 6:50 p.m. on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
