A Windsor woman is being charged with three felony counts after Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies pulled her over December 16 at 3:30 p.m. on Route 79 in the Town of Fenton and detected a smell of alcohol.

28 year old Deanna Olmstead is charged with felony driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction in ten years, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or greater and aggravated unlicensed operation.  She is also charged with driving without a required ignition interlock, driving without a license and several traffic violations.

Olmstead was sent to the Broome County Jail.
