Dual Sex Abuse Arrests in Broome County

New York State Police are reporting two separate Sexual Abuse arrests in the region.

Troopers say Friday, January 7 they arrested 50-year-old Kenneth Drumm Junior of Windsor for alleged inappropriate contact with a child under the age of 13.

The authorities say a full stay-away order was issued for the victim.

Thursday, Troopers arrested 26-year-old Simon Braungard, also of Windsor, for allegedly forcibly subjecting a victim to sexual contact during a domestic dispute.

Investigators say the alleged dispute and contact happened on January 5.
