Windsor Man Arrested After Drug Raid at Vestal Parkway Hotel
Vestal police say a Broome County resident faces felony weapon and drug charges after a search warrant was executed at a town hotel.
Authorities say 26-year-old Tieler Kennerup of Windsor was arrested in connection with Tuesday's raid at the Hampton Inn on the Vestal Parkway East.
Investigators say a handgun, heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine were confiscated. Police also found scales and packaging material.
Kennerup was charged with criminal possession of a weapon. He also faces two counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Kennerup was arraigned at the Broome County Public Safety Building. He is being held on an unrelated charge.
