Walton Man Accused of Rape and Providing Alcohol to Teens

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a 22-year-old Walton man is accused of having sex with a girl under the age of 17 and providing beer and liquor to several children under the age of 17 at least two times between last December, 2015 and January 16, 2016.

Tyler Davis is charged with felony rape and eleven counts each of unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

Davis was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bail.
