Union Man Accused of Swapping Tobacco for Inappropriate Photos
A Town of Union man is accused of plying children with tobacco products in an effort to get inappropriate pictures of the girls.
Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 27-year-old Kyle Rogers is charged with felony disseminating indecent materials to minors and misdemeanor unlawfully dealing with a child.

Investigators say the man is accused of providing juveniles with products that contain tobacco in exchange for dirty pictures.
Rogers was arrested Tuesday, September 28 and released on an appearance ticket to answer to the charges in court at a later date.
