Unadilla Man Accused of Forcible Touching

A case worker with Otsego County is facing forcible touching and child endangerment charges in connection with incidents NOT related to his official work duties, according to New York State Police

55-year-old Robert Horan of Unadilla was arrested following in investigation into an alleged incident at a home in Unadilla in January. 

He’s been ordered back in court in April.
