Two Men Are Accused of Stealing From the Endicott Elks

Two Endicott residents are accused of stealing games of chance tickets and money from the Endicott Elks Club on North Nanticoke Avenue.

The New York State Gaming Commission and Endicott Police investigated the theft of thousands of dollars from the club.

Village Police say 61 year old George Midwinter is accused of stealing over $3,000 worth of game tickets and money.

63 year old Donald Miller is accused of stealing over $1,000 worth of tickets and money.

Each is charged with felony grand larceny.

Midwinter and Miller were released pending further court proceedings
