Two Charged in Weis Market Assault

Two Binghamton men are accused of assaulting a man at a store on the city's East Side.

City police were called to the Weis Market on Robinson Street May 24th and found a 40 year old man with cuts to his face.

40 year old Basil Halupke and 34 year old Frank Skinner were found on Howard Avenue and charged with felony assault.  Both were sent to the Broome County Jail.

The victim was taken to Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center for treatment.
