Two-Alarm Fire Damages Endicott Home
No injuries are being reported after firefighters were called to a blaze in Endicott early December 29.
Responders found flames coming from a back porch of a walk-out basement on Robble Avenue at 3:23 a.m. and were able to limit the spread of the flames.
Officials say Police on the scene had reported electrical wires arcing in the area of the fire and a second alarm was sounded.
Authorities say the exterior fire was quickly knocked down and the crews inside worked to keep the flames from progressing. The back of the house was damaged.
Crews were back to their fire stations at around 6 a.m.
The cause is under investigation.
