Truxton Man With Noisy Exhaust Charged With Three Felonies
A Truxton man is being held without bail after Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say they stopped him on Route 13 in the Town of Homer for crossing pavement markings and inadequate exhaust.
Deputies say they found 38-year old Jeffrey Lockwood to be driving drunk and had a previous DWI conviction.
He was pulled over at about 8:33 p.m. April 20.
Lockwood is charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher and aggravated unlicensed operation. He’s also charged with infractions of no plate lamps, crossing hazard markings and inadequate exhaust.
