Thefts From Cars Takes No Christmas Break in Vestal

Vestal Police are investigating thefts of items from vehicles Christmas night into early December 26.

Authorities were looking for suspects along the Susquehanna River and Rail Trail in the early morning hours.

Broome County Emergency Services officials say there had been reports of thefts from vehicles.

Residents are again reminded to lock their vehicles and don’t leave valuables in cars, especially in plain sight.
