A Susquehanna County Pennsylvania man is testifying against his girlfriend in connection with the stabbing death of a Hallstead man in an apparent robbery in 2015.

The body of 26 year old Roy Marvin was found by a wildlife conservation officer dumped by the side of Harmony Road in Great Bend on February 10, 2015.

26 year old Jerry Mast pleaded guilty in December to murder.  He had been charged with criminal homicide, robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery of a motor vehicle, robbery of a motor vehicle, hindering apprehension, theft by unlawful taking and abuse of a corpse.
He is testifying against 28 year old Sarah Briggs, who is charged with murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery of a motor vehicle, robbery of a motor vehicle, hindering apprehension, theft and abuse of a corpse.

Investigators say the three were parked on a rural road planning to smoke marijuana when they got into an argument over methamphetamine.

Briggs and Mast are accused of repeatedly stabbing Marvin with a knife before rolling him down the embankment where he was found.

Pathologists said Marvin had been stabbed 29 times and died of blood loss.
