Johnson City Police say a Susquehanna, Pennsylvania man is facing numerous charges after he was seen driving erratically, running a stop sign and hitting a parked car when being pulled over by police.

31 year old Joshua Herbert also reportedly first tried to pass himself off as another person.

Authorities say Herbert also almost hit another vehicle coming in the opposite direction on Main Street before he allegedly ran the stop sign.

Herbert was said to be in possession of pills determined to be controlled substances.

He is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, driving without a license, driving left of double yellow lines, failure to stop and failure to stop at a stop sign.

He’s to appear in Village Court in October.
