New York State Police in Binghamton are looking for a man who is believed to have forced a sale on a credit card.

Authorities say the man forced the sale at a Kirkwood liquor store December 27 using a terminal at the store.  He’s black, bald, about 6' tall and weighs around 260 pounds.

He is seen on surveillance film at around 6:35 p.m. wearing a zippered, two-tone, quilted sweater-jacket while he leans over the counter to operate the keypad on a card terminal.
