This is the second violent death of a student enrolled at Binghamton University this year. March 9, the body of 22 year old nursing student, Haley Anderson was found in the Oak Street Apartment of fellow nursing student, 22 year old Orlando Tercero, with whom she reportedly had a relationship.
Tercero was arrested in Nicaragua and charged with the Westbury, Long Island woman's murder, leaving law enforcement officials tasked with trying to get him extradited to the United States.
