State Police say Endicott Man Blew a .27% BAC
An Endicott man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at more than three times the legal limit.
New York State Police say they stopped 40 year old Christopher Royea at 8:56 a.m. September 1 when they saw him driving 101 miles an hour on State Route 17 in the Town of Barton.
Investigators said they determined Royea was highly intoxicated and his blood alcohol level measured .27%.
In addition to aggravated driving while intoxicated, he was cited for other traffic violations and ordered to appear in Town of Barton Court later this month.
