Speedy DWI Charge in the Town of Chenango

New York State Police say doing 20 miles an hour over the speed limit can sometimes mean more than a ticket.

Authorities say they arrested 26 year old Judson Dubois January 16 for going 60 miles an hour in a 40 mile an hour zone on State Route 11 in the Town of Chenango shortly before 11:30 p.m. and determined he was driving while intoxicated.

Dubois refused a breath test.

He was charged with felony DWI due to a prior drunk driving conviction within the past ten years.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Chenango Court next month.
