One of Pennsylvania's finest highest school basketball players in recent years is coming to Binghamton University.  J.C.Show, a 6-foot-3 inch guard from Abington Heights High School is a prized prospect in Tommy Dempsey's recruiting class of 2015.  Show (actually pronounced Shau as in how) announced he is transferring from Bucknell University.  That means he will have to sit out the 2015-2016 season. but has three years of eligibility remaining.

Last season at Bucknell Show saw action in all 34 games and averaged over 18 minutes per game.  He shot 39.5 % from the field, 37% from three-point range and 71% at the foul line.  Show's high school credentials are pretty tough to beat.

He was selected as the 2014 Gatorade Player of the Year in Pa. in 2014.  He was a three-time all-state pick.

Other recruits landed by the Bearcats include:  Thomas Bruce, a 6-foot-8 forward from Dematha High in Md; Everson Davis, a 6-foot-3 guard from Peddie School in New Jersey; and 6-foot-1 guard Tim Rose from Scranton Prep in Pa.

Bruce led Dematha to 33 victories and shot 68% from the field last season. He averaged just under 10 rebounds per game.  Davis averaged 16 points per game over the past two seasons at Peddie School and 23.6 points a game prior to that at West Side High.

Rose averaged 14.6 points per game and 6.9 assists last season in leading his Scranton Prep team to a 24-4 record and a PIAA District II AAA title.
