Sherburne Man Accused of Sexual Abuse

A Village of Sherburne man is accused of having sexual contact with a child.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say 28 year old Justin Harrington was arrested December 8 and charged with several felony counts of sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.

According to authorities, Harrington is accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 several times.

He was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $10,000 bail.
