After a 7-5 home opener victory last (Thursday) night against the Erie SeaWolves the Binghamton Rumble Ponies are set for their second home game tonight (Friday) at NYSEG Stadium.  Tonight's first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 (air on News Radio 1290 WNBF at 6:50).

Corey Oswalt starts for the Rumble Ponies while Artie Lewicki gets the nod for Erie.  Oswalt is 0-1 and Lewicki is 0-0.  The Rumble Ponies carry a 4-3 record into play tonight.  Erie is also 4-3.  The SeaWolves are also 4-3. They are the Double-A affiliates of the Detroit Tigers.

Attendance for the home opener was announced at 4,681.  It is the largest attendance for a home opener since 2009.  The teams meet again on Saturday at 1:05 at NYSEG Stadium.  No Eastern League teams are scheduled to play on Easter Sunday.  Binghamton's homestand continues Monday with the Portland Sea Dogs. The teams meet for four consecutive games with the series concluding on Thursday night.
