
Rape and Unlawfully Dealing With a Minor Charges in Homer
New York State Police say two Homer men and a Tully man are being accused of having contact, one of them sexually, with a victim under the age of 21 in July.

22-year-old Drew Stafford of Homer is charged with felony counts of rape and sexual abuse as well as misdemeanor unlawfully dealing with a child while 21-year-old Brandon Alyesworth of Homer and 21-year-old Andrew McMasters of Tully are charged with misdemeanor unlawfully dealing with a child.
Troopers say the men are accused of providing an alcoholic beverage to the underage victim while Stafford is accused of the reported rape at a home in the Town of Homer.
All three were released to await their next date in Town of Homer Court.
