Tim Heiman has been the "Voice" of Binghamton baseball for the past eight seasons, starting with the Binghamton Mets and continuing with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.  He called his final Rumble Ponies game on News Radio 1290 WNBF last (Wednesday) night when Binghamton defeated the Akron RubberDucks 8-0 at NYSEG Stadium.

Heiman took over the lead play-by-play position when Matt McCabe departed to pursue a law degree.  After calling over 1,000 Binghamton games he resigned his position with the Rumble Ponies to pursue an engineering career at BAE Systems in Endicott.
