Windsor Man Who Had Been Reported Missing Found

State police say an eastern Broome County man who had been reported missing by his family has been located.

Investigators say 29-year-old Joshua Cartrette was last seen at his home on Kent Street in the Town of Windsor on Monday (March 21) night.

Authorities say Cartrette has been found and is in good health.
