Charges Dropped, No Wrongdoing Found by Endwell Man in Garage Sale Incident

The case against the 41-year-old as mentioned below has been dropped, as no wrongdoing was found, according to court documents.
The man's lawyer provided proof that the man does not have a criminal history and is not a predator.
The lawyer also explained the man took a polygraph test, which he passed when asked questions specific to the allegations.

Authorities say a man may have been looking for something other than bargains at a garage sale in Endwell.
Broome County sheriff's deputies were called after a man allegedly fondled his genital area in front of a 16-year-old boy in a garage at a Jonas Lane residence.
Authorities say a 41-year-old Endwell man, was charged with attempted criminal sexual act and public lewdness. He also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Chenango town court and released on his own recognizance.
Investigators say the teen made a video recording of the incident that happened in the garage.
