
Police: Driver in Windsor Crash Had BAC Four Times Limit
Authorities say a Broome County man's blood alcohol content was measured at more than four times the legal limit after a rollover crash.

According to New York State Police, 51-year-old Richard Koch of Sanford was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. His BAC was reported to be 0.35 percent.
Troopers arrested Koch following a rollover crash Friday night on Chestnut Road in the town of Windsor. The wrecked vehicle blocked both lanes of the roadway.
No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Koch was released and ordered to appear in Windsor town court on April 11.
