Plymouth Man Arrested For Sex Offenses

New York State Police in Norwich have arrested a Plymouth man for various sex offenses.

Troopers say they have arrested 36-year-old Delos Holmes following an investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual contact with two children under the age of 15.

Holmes has been charged with Criminal Sexual Act and 2nd Degree Rape, both Felonies.  He's also been charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a child, a Misdemeanor.

Holmes was arraigned in Town of Guilford Court and was sent to the Chenango County jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.

The investigation is ongoing.
