The woman has a history of drug-related interactions with law enforcement.

In August of 2019, Owego police reported charging Marmillion with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia after methamphetamine and heroin were found during a traffic stop on Pine Street.  42-year-old Dan Perry, who was with her, at the time was charged with two felonies and four misdemeanor counts.
